It is almost time

Your unforgettable stay at Ridderstee Ouddorp Duin is about to begin. On this page we would like to point out some practical information and provide you with a few tips during your stay in Ouddorp aan Zee.

Check-in

On the day of arrival, you can pick up your key card from 3.30 PM. You can do so at the reception of the adjacent holiday resort, De Klepperstee, located on Vrijheidsweg 1c. We are only able to welcome one person per group at the reception. We shall do our utmost — with your help — to keep the check-in time as safe and short as possible. Is your arrival after 5:30 PM? Please let us know in good time!

It probably seems far away... but on departure we kindly ask you to leave the accommodation before 10 AM.

Route

The vacation park is situated on the Oud Nieuwlandseweg in Ouddorp. On Ridderstee itself is no reception. Using a navigation system? Check the address carefully. Some navigation systems send you to the back entrances of our parks. When using Google Maps we advise you to enter the name (Vakantiepark De Klepperstee) instead of the address. 

License plate

During your stay, the barriers at Ridderstee Ouddorp Duin are accessibke based on your license plate. You have been asked by email to provide the desired license plate(s). The resort is accessible until 11 PM. Leaving the resort is possible at all times.

A maximum of two vehicles are allowed per accommodation and per stay. There are five different parking lots at the holiday resort. Parking near the cottages, in the dunes, or on the grass is not allowed. A third vehicle or day visitors can park in the parking lot located in front of the barrier. It is also possible to charge electric cars yhere.

Service

A reservation at Ridderstee includes both bed linen and bath linen based on the number of persons reported. Note: A crib (zng. camp bed) does not include bed linen. Each cottage has a highchair available as well as a service package, which includes a kitchen towel, a hand towel, dishwasher tablets, a cleaning cloth, and a sponge.

Inventory and equipment

You will find a blue instruction folder in each cottage with equipment manuals and the WiFi password. The inventory list and comprehensive manuals can also be found online on this page.

Type of homes

The resort offers accommodation for 6, 8 or 10 people in a luxury or comfort version. Two different styles are used for the interior. The luxury version has some extras over the comfort version including a lounge set, wine cooler, wood stove, sun shower, and double rain shower.

Nightly rest

As a rule, we maintain a nightly rest period from 11 AM - 7 PM at the resort. Night's rest will be enforced by a security company. We do not accept any form of (bachelor) parties and/or similar gatherings or associated (youth) groups. A stay always has a recreational character (business stays or long stays are not allowed).
