when booking 8 weeks or earlier

- the remaining amount no later than 8 weeks before arrival

- 35% of total as cancellation fee
Canceling within 8 weeks
- 100% of total as cancellation fee

GOOD TO KNOW:

• We do not accept any form of (bachelor) parties and/or similar gatherings or associated (youth) groups and associations. Reservations by groups and/or parties with guests under 25 may be refused, without giving any reason. At the park, night's rest is from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Business stays are not allowed. Recreational stays only.
• We work with dynamic pricing - rental prices change daily. 
• Photos and floor plans on website are for illustration purposes: texts take precedence. 
• Only a preferred booking (at additional cost) through Ridderstee's own website guarantees selected features and/or accommodation.
