Guests are welcome in their homes from 3:30 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, they must leave no later than 10:00 am. - Who are you?
Ridderstee Ouddorp Duin is part of Klepperstee BV, a family business that was started over fifty years ago by Ludovic den Hollander. A team of permanent and seasonal employees is available day and night for the guests at Holiday Park De Klepperstee, Campsite De Magneet, Drive-In Camper Park, and Ridderstee Ouddorp Duin. The recreation company is the initiator of Beach Resort Ouddorp Duin and Beach Square Ouddorp Duin.
Accommodations
- Can I bring the dog?
Pets are allowed in the park, provided they are kept on a leash. There are a limited number of homes in the park where pets are allowed.
- What amenities does my accommodation have?
At Ridderstee Ouddorp Duin, there are houses for 6, 8, or 10 people in a luxury or comfort version. Two different styles have been used for the interior; this depends on the specific home. Some homes have a so-called owner's storage room or bedroom on the ground floor: these spaces are closed to regular tenants. The photos and plans are for illustrative purposes (text is leading).
- What does the bed and bath linen consist of?
Every reservation at Ridderstee Ouddorp Duin includes bath linen and bed linen. One package per person consists of a cover for a duvet, mattress, and pillow + large and small towel. The packages are ready on the beds, based on the number of guests specified (excluding babies).
- Why don't I have a shade cloth at my house like in the photos?
During the storm season (October to April) the shade cloths are removed. It is also possible that shade cloths are removed as a precaution in case of bad weather.
- Can I book an extra high chair or cot?
When booking the house, a so-called add-on step is included for a cot or an extra high chair. One high chair is provided as standard in each house. The cot does not come with (children's) bed linen.
- Can I book a specific house?
You can - subject to availability - select a property on the map during the reservation process.
- Something is missing or broken in my accommodation.
Notify the reception as soon as possible during the opening hours of the reception. We are available 24 hours a day for (major) malfunctions.
- Can I have a BBQ at the park?
The use of a BBQ is permitted as long as this does not cause any hindrance or nuisance. Making an open fire is not allowed. Do not put the BBQ on the deck, but in the sand near the house.
- Can I set off fireworks in the park on New Year's Eve?
We ask our guests not to set off fireworks in the park due to the presence of pets, the thatched roofs, and the vulnerable nature in the park. At other times of the year, setting off fireworks is not allowed in any case.
- When will I receive additional information about arrival etc.?
A few days before arrival, you will receive the latest information about your stay at Ridderstee Ouddorp Duin by email. If you have any questions about your reservation and/or stay at the park, you can always call or email us.
